    Anne

You will know a lot of posts were made on this topic under "Unlocking the Talent" as part of the run up to the white paper.  I am wondering if you want us to repeat the ones we sent on that forum or are you just looking for comment and suggestions on the white paper.

Can I say in brief the Communities in Control paper is just excellent and your department should be very proud in making this a welcoming platform for every citizen in every commuity that choses to take this important step to become active - involved - and the heart beats of a more caring society.

I also note there are some comments on the Hazel weeks blog that I think would be well placed on this forum page also but maybe because making a blog comment does not require to register it might be why some choose to use that page.  Is if possilbe to look at what comments might be appropriate for this forum page and put maybe a short summary of the points made by the bloggers.

Hope this helps.  Big thank you to government for having the courage to take these steps to help communiities.

     Dear SaveTheWorld,

Many thanks for your encouraging and positive comments.

On this forum, we are seeking further debate on the White Paper in addition to the valuable contributions posted on the unlocking talent forum.  We  are  inviting comments in particular on the questions posed:-

How do we achieve the aspirations in Communities in control?

How do we put Communities in control?

We are considering your suggestion on a summary of relevant points from Hazel's week's blog.

We look forward to hearing further from you.
